“Al Wathba Vehicle Assist” is a value addition offered by the Company to its customers and this “value addition” comes in two schemes. They are:

•  The Gold Star Assist
•  The Silver Star Assist

Salient features of the two schemes are given below:

“The Gold Star Assist” : This scheme will be offered at no additional charges along with our Motor Comprehensive Insurance Policy with the below mentioned benefits:

•  Towing services of the insured vehicle in case of road accident or  breakdown within G.C.C.
•  Dead Battery, Locked out, Flat Tire , Out of Fuel within U.A.E.
•  Car Replacement in case of accident within U.A.E.
•  Travel Assistance in case of accidents or Breakdown within G.C.C. but  outside U.A.E.

“ The Silver Star Assist” : This scheme is offered at an additional premium of Dhs.250 and the benefits are:

•  Towing services of the insured vehicle in case of road accident or  breakdown within U.A.E.
•  Dead Battery, Locked out, Flat Tire , Out of Fuel within U.A.E.
•  Car Replacement in case of accident within U.A.E.
