H.E. Sheikh Saif Bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed is the Chairman of Al Wathba Insurance, bringing extensive experience in governance, banking, and investments. He is also the Vice Chairman, Deputy Owner, and Chief Executive Officer of United Al Saqer Group” and Deputy Chairman of Bank of Sharjah. He provides strategic oversight and guidance to the Board, supporting the company's long-term growth, governance standards, and regional positioning.

He currently also serves as Vice-Chairman of Emirates Lebanon Bank S.A.L. and as a Director of Alfalah Insurance Company Limited. His experience spans multiple sectors across the region, reflecting a long-standing presence in corporate governance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics.

H.E. Rashed Darwish Al Ketbi is the Vice Chairman of Al Wathba Insurance, bringing extensive experience across investments, real estate, and financial services. He contributes to the Board through strategic oversight and governance, supporting the company's long-term growth and diversification.

He also serves as Chairman of RDK Group, a diversified business with interests spanning real estate, hospitality, construction, transport, and consultancy. His portfolio includes chairmanships of Gulf Precast, Shanghai & Arabian Electromechanical, and Renaissance Downtown Hotel Dubai, alongside board positions at Union National Bank and Al Wifaq Finance Co. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Indiana University and an MBA from Saint Louis University.

Sheikh Zayed Butti Suhail Butti Al Maktoum is a Board Member of Al Wathba Insurance, bringing a strong background in sales leadership, government relations, and financial management. A member of the Al Maktoum family, he contributes to the Board through a commercially driven perspective, supporting strategic growth, stakeholder engagement, and business performance.

He currently serves as Head of Sales at Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), where he leads sales operations, oversees budgeting and revenue forecasting, and manages key government partnerships across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. His experience spans real estate advisory, wealth management, Islamic finance, and investor relations. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Roehampton, London.

Mr. Khalifa Saif Darwish Alketbi is a Board Member of Al Wathba Insurance, bringing over 25 years of experience in business management, strategic planning, and sales across multiple industries. He contributes to the Board through his strong commercial acumen and diversified sector exposure, supporting the company's strategic direction and long-term growth.

He has served as Managing Director of Darwish Bin Ahmed & Sons Group of Companies since 1998, leading operations across sectors including heavy equipment, logistics, power generation, IT, and steel manufacturing. He is also a Board Member of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and has previously served on the boards of Al Hassan Engineering Co., Vision Insurance SAOG, and Decovision. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Marylhurst University, USA.

Mr. Rasheed Ali Rasheed Naseer Al Omaira is a Board Member of Al Wathba Insurance, bringing extensive experience across entrepreneurship, investment brokerage, and corporate leadership. He contributes to the Board through his strong governance perspective and commercial insight, supporting strategic direction, business growth, and long-term value creation.

He has held senior leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer of Vision Capital Brokerage Co. and Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials (BILDCO), where he later served as Vice Chairman and Executive Committee Chairman. His board experience includes serving as a Board Member of Al Wathba Insurance and BILDCO, reflecting a long-standing involvement in corporate governance across the UAE.

Mr. Mohamed Rashed Darwish Ahmed Alketbi is a Board Member of Al Wathba Insurance, bringing a dynamic background in investments, business development, and entrepreneurship. He contributes to the Board through a forward-looking perspective, supporting strategic growth, innovation, and diversified investment thinking.

He has built experience across investment and business ventures, including establishing a self-funded investment portfolio across US markets and serving as Director at RDK Group of Companies, where he oversaw key projects including the Delta Hotel launch. His experience also includes exposure to insurance operations through Al Wathba Insurance. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Zayed University.

Mr. Salem Mohamed Omar Salem Baobaid is a Board Member of Al Wathba Insurance, bringing a strong background in investments, equity research, and portfolio management. He contributes to the Board through his analytical expertise and financial insight, supporting informed decision-making, investment oversight, and long-term value creation.

He is a CFA Charter holder and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Zayed University, graduating with distinction and Dean's List honors. He currently works at Al Dhabi Investment, where he focuses on equity research and portfolio management across MENA and international markets. His expertise includes financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and macro-level market analysis.

H.E. Mariam Omran Sultan Matar Al Hallami is a Board Member of Al Wathba Insurance, bringing extensive experience in education policy, research, and public sector leadership. She contributes to the Board through her expertise in strategy, governance, and large-scale program implementation, supporting informed decision-making and long-term societal and institutional impact.

She currently serves as Acting Executive Director of the Early Education Sector at ADEK, leading key initiatives including Abu Dhabi's public nursery program. Her previous roles include Education Advisor for the Federal Authority for Early Education and Division Director at ADEK. She holds advanced degrees from University College London and Zayed University, and is pursuing a Doctorate of Education at the University of Bath.

Mr. Mubarak Khaled Al Kindi is a Board Member of Al Wathba Insurance, bringing extensive experience in strategy, finance, and governance across public and private sectors. He contributes to the Board through his strong analytical and strategic perspective, supporting informed decision-making, long-term value creation, and alignment with national economic priorities.

He currently serves as Director of Impact Evaluation at the Abu Dhabi Executive Office, leading national-level socio-economic assessments. Prior to this, he held multiple roles at Tawazun Council, progressing to Project Manager of Strategic Planning. His experience also includes entrepreneurship with successful ventures across logistics and mobility, alongside initiatives in AI and sustainability. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the American University of Sharjah and certifications in investment and process excellence.
